TCR, a division of Natoli Engineering Company, Inc., is excited to offer these one-day, opportunities to train those in the tableting industry. These sessions include a full-day tablet manufacturing seminar, as well as open houses for formulation troubleshooting and standard operating procedure creation and optimization.
Documentation Day- Thursday June 8th
In this one-day no cost open house, presented by Rosario Palminteri and Stephen Natoli, TCR invites you to bring in your current Standard Operating Procedures for review, or get instructions on creating brand new procedures. Discuss the Inspection, Cleaning, Maintenance, and Handling of your tablet compression tools with industry experts and effective ways to improve your processes! Even bring in your floorplan and get suggestions for more efficient layouts or simply get expert advice on best practice methods.
Tablet Manufacturing & Troubleshooting Seminar- Thursday July 27th
This full-day seminar includes hands-on learning from top industry experts. Attendees learn how to identify and prevent tablet defects, and common tool and die wear. The seminar will teach basic tablet press set-up and operation through hands-on demonstrations and a live press run. Tooling Technicians, Tablet Press Operators, Tablet Press Maintenance Technicians, and more will benefit from this comprehensive seminar.
Bring in Your Blend- Thursday September 14th
Having issues with a particular formulation? During this one-day no-cost open house, TCR and Natoli Engineering will run your new or troublesome formulation on either a 28 station NP-400 or the single station NP-RD10. Receive instant feedback on your formulation from the experts, along with suggestions for improving tabletability and other common tablet compression issues.
