Maintenance, Safety and More
The NP-400 is designed with a number of other features to help keep maintenance costs low, and safety a top concern. Built with Lexan® upper guards, each is equipped with locking safty door switches keeping product and employees safe. The NP-400 turrets are mounted with upper and lower tapered bearings for longer wear and the upper and lower punch guide seals help to ensure properly seated punches every time.

The NP-400 provides automatic weight control for precise, consistent, and accurate tablets. And if you need more data that your tablets are meeting specifications, optional features like pre-compression force monitoring, ejection force monitoring, lower tight punch force monitoring, and humidity monitoring can all be added to your new NP-400.
