Natoli Engineering hosted another sold-out class for its fall of Tablet Manufacturing & Troubleshooting training. Thirty-five participants visited our Technical Training Center in St. Charles, Missouri, to attend the course on October 23-25, 2018.
Attendees represented a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, veterinary, nutritionals, confectionery, pyrotechnics, dietary supplements, cleaning ingredients, and snacks. They also covered a variety of job responsibilities, from manufacturing technicians and engineers to R&D and formulation scientists.

Upcoming Training
Natoli is finishing 2018 with two new training courses. Our Tablet Compression Resource Center in Cypress, California, will host “Cannabis Tablets & Capsules: Common Issues, Tips, and Solutions” November 28-29. During this two-day training course industry experts will join us to bring comprehensive tableting and encapsulation training to the cannabis industry. Topics covered will include formulation, targeted cannabis delivery, manufacturing quality tablets, and manufacturing capsules. In addition, hands-on training will give participants experience with tablet press setup, operation, and troubleshooting as well as encapsulator setup and operation.
Our new Telford, Pennsylvania, facility will host “Tablet Development Process & Intro to Continuous Manufacturing” December 6. This one-day course provides comprehensive insight into the tablet development process, formulation, and continuous manufacturing. Topics covered will include tablet compression with scale-up, granulation, compaction emulation, excipient selection, formulation development strategies, and continuous manufacturing.
