Natoli Engineering unveiled innovative new products at the ACHEMA Congress, the most important trade show for the process industry, held June 11-15 in Frankfurt, Germany. Our exhibit space was crowded with visitors who wanted to learn more about our tableting solutions.
The biggest draw to the Natoli booth was our Quick-Release™ Tooling. Quick-Release™ Tooling is a game-changer in the tablet compression industry, allowing researchers to quickly change punch head configurations to determine the ideal dwell time for a tablet formulation. Our visitors were eager get some hands-on experience with quickly and easily changing out both head configurations and punch tips.
Visitors were also eager to learn more about Natoli AIM™ data acquisition and operating system platform. We developed Natoli AIM™ to facilitate and speed tablet and capsule R&D and manufacturing in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, confectionery, and veterinary industries. Natoli AIM™ can be customized for any research or production environment, and you only purchase the features and capabilities you need.
Our TabletCAD® web-based tablet design software was also a hit with customers. TabletCAD® lets you design tablets from any location with Internet access, on any device, and any operating system. It provides real-time design validation and your tablet designs are linked directly to the manufacturing process, so tooling will be shaped precisely to your models. Many customers signed up for their free access to this tablet-design solution.
The NP-RD30 R&D rotary tablet press made its world debut at ACHEMA. Designed to help solve formulation and scale-up challenges, the NP-RD30 replicates the design and functionality of a production press.
This year’s ACHEMA show featured 3,700 exhibitors from 55 countries. About 145,000 people attended over the course of the show. The next ACHEMA will take place June 14-18, 2021, in Frankfurt.
