About the Natoli Institute
Natoli Institute for Industrial Pharmacy Research and Development provides resources to the tableting industry, including new product manufacturing studies, tablet tooling sticking and picking evaluations, and new formulation technologies.
Natoli formed the Institute in partnership with the Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences on the campus of Long Island University (LIU). Supporting one of the few industrial pharmacy programs in North America, the Institute is dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical solid oral dosage formulation and engineering, and features traditional solid dosage formulation equipment as well as the advanced technology to measure the physical and chemical properties of tablets.
The Natoli Institute can structure use of the facility to accomplish simple one-of-a-kind experiments or assist a client to build a comprehensive program for ongoing formulation compression and testing.
