Here at Natoli, we believe that since tablet press operators’ is hands on, their training should be, too! Courses like our Tablet Press & Tooling Applied Learning Experience are one of our personal favorites that offers something that you can’t find in a webinar—and certainly not in a textbook! They’re comprised of a perfect combination of presentations, group discussions, Q&A sessions, and hands-on exercises. And our students love it, too!
“(There was) a lot of discussion of potential issues and prevention. HANDS ON!!! Hands on was extremely helpful. Covered not just how, but also why.” – Elena C.

In short, we make sure you’re ready to leave our state of-the-art technical training center with all the skills you need to be successful in your role.
But that’s not all! We also created this event to serve as a forum to collaborate and network with industry colleagues from around the world. Most recently, we showed our guests around the city of St. Louis, stopping at the Broadway Oyster Bar (a local favorite). We also took them 630 ft. (192 m.) up into the world-famous St. Louis arch for a bird’s-eye view of the city! We delight in giving our students not just training, but an entire experience. And they notice it, too!
“Great interaction with the team. Strong technical knowledge. Great food and snacks!” – Aaron E.
Natoli is the only company in our industry that offers this type of immersive, dynamic learning experience. Our instructors are seasoned professionals. They have taught the basics of tablet manufacturing and troubleshooting to industry professionals at all career levels, both locally and around the world. In this particular course, we were excited to have more operators like Alex A. from the cannabis industry:
“Honestly, for being new to tablet pressing, I feel well informed and have confidence in running the press. The training, factory staff and instruction completely exceeded all expectations. I would come back anytime.”
So if you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to train with a global leader in tablet compression, this is your chance! There are two more training dates coming up later this year:
- July 19 – 21
